Simply Benefits is a digital benefits platform serving advisors, employers, and employees across Canada. As part of the in-house team, I led a full redesign of their marketing website to better reflect their modern, tech-forward brand. This included improving the site’s structure, rewriting key messaging, enhancing mobile responsiveness, and integrating dynamic visual elements.

Summary

As part of the in-house creative team at Simply Benefits, I redesigned of the company’s website in 2025. The project focused on modernizing the brand’s digital presence, improving the user journey for advisors and employers, and clearly communicating Simply’s digital-first approach to group benefits. The result was a scalable, mobile-optimized website that enhanced engagement and supported growth across key audiences with north of 5,000+ unique visitors per month.

Challenge

The previous Simply Benefits website was outdated, hard to navigate, and didn’t reflect the professionalism of the platform. It failed to clearly communicate our digital-first positioning, especially to advisors and employers evaluating our solution. Content updates were difficult to manage internally, and user engagement was low across the board. A full redesign was needed to better serve our audiences and support business growth through improved performance and conversion.

Solutions

We led a full redesign of Simply’s marketing site to elevate UX clarity, boost mobile performance, and drive qualified traffic. By aligning visuals with their modern brand and optimizing for SEO, we helped attract over 6,000 monthly sessions and 100+ inbound leads — proving the new digital experience is converting visitors into high-value opportunities.
