Summary
Since 2022, We've been a core part of the in-house team managing all creative marketing at Simply Benefits. Our work includes developing brand assets, animated videos, product launch campaigns, platform illustrations, social media content, and advisor enablement materials. This ongoing support has elevated the brand, improved communication across stakeholders, and driven engagement from advisors, employers, and members.
Challenge
With a fast-paced release schedule and multiple stakeholder audiences, Simply needed a consistent flow of creative content that was on-brand, strategic, and impactful. We had to manage everything from advisor sales tools and product launches to platform videos and social content — often under tight timelines. The challenge was ensuring our creative work consistently met a high standard while driving engagement, clarity, and brand trust at every touchpoint.
Solutions
Our efforts strengthened brand trust, drove platform adoption, and improved campaign performance across all channels which generated leads. Advisors consistently praise our design quality and marketing support, often citing it as a key differentiator that helps them look more professional when presenting Simply to clients.
